Lauren Gordon is a working mom in a corporate career and a certified life coach who specializes in helping working moms feel calmer, happier, and more in control of how they show up at home and at work.
As a mom of three daughters (ages 5, 3, and 1) and with nearly 15 years in a full-time corporate job, Lauren has experienced and learned from a range of challenges and accomplishments in her personal and professional life — all of which could have felt much different with coaching and better mind management.
Lauren is dual-certified in life coaching with certification from The Life Coach School (2020) and from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (2014). She holds an undergraduate degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Delaware, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her corporate experience in financial services spans sales, relationship management, and human resources.
