“The timing of meeting Lauren and choosing to work with her in late 2023 was truly serendipitous. It was the toughest year of my life, capped by the recent loss of my father – an experience to which she could sadly relate. Her compassion and understanding were palpable.
Lauren coached me through a difficult professional transition. I learned to distinguish between my upper and lower brain and started gaining control of my thoughts – shifting towards a mentality of what IS possible (versus discouraging and seemingly impossible). Her support has been invaluable. Lauren’s 16 years of experience in corporate HR leadership enabled her to share helpful suggestions as I networked in the regional business community. Her understanding of the executive persona helped refine my strategic approach and messaging when reaching out to leaders and influencers in my target industries.
In between sessions, Lauren was available and responsive to provide guidance. She never hesitated to find the bright spot in a new challenge I was experiencing. She has an organic way of reminding me of my strengths via encouraging messages through the job search rollercoaster. She also shared her own personal and professional experiences, which helped to build trust and deepen our rapport. Although my initial coaching package has concluded, I plan to continue investing in Lauren’s coaching for ongoing guidance since I deeply understand and believe in the value she provides.”

“Working mom coaching with Lauren completely changed the trajectory of my life. Over 12 weeks of consistent coaching, I was able to develop a MUCH healthier relationship with my work.
For ten+ years, my perfectionist/type A personality traits did serve me well and helped get me to where I am now. But what was clear is that post having my children (both of whom are 3 and younger), these traits would not serve me, rather be to my detriment if I wanted to continue to advance in my career. I didn’t have the mental strength to know when to turn off ‘work mode,’ and it began to negatively impact my personal life and how I wanted to be as a mother. As I know, these younger years with my babies will be gone in a blink and I could not live with myself if I couldn’t find a way to be more present and enjoy these fleeting moments but still be able to have an identity at work which was important to me. Lauren helped me immensely by teaching me frameworks, and leveraging incredibly targeted questions to get me thinking and reflecting.
Her coaching was extremely tangible which was important to me. I was able to practice with mini experiments throughout my week to put my coaching into practice. I could go on and on, but last thing I’ll say is that Lauren helped me make an immense leap I know I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own , even with a lot of self work and focus. I would recommend her to literally any working mom. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent on myself! I used to think I couldn’t ‘have it all at the same time,’ but Lauren helped me realize that I can, and it all is within my control. I just needed to reframe how I was operating.”

Lauren was a great coach! She was patient, understanding, and a good listener. Through our sessions together she helped me learn to tune into my thoughts and decipher whether or not they were productive and helpful or not serving me in that moment. The skills she taught me in our time together will be forever useful in both the workplace and my personal life, especially as a busy working mom of two young boys. I am grateful for our time together and will definitely be calling on her for support and guidance again!

“There’s no way to adequately put into words how powerful our exploring, breakthroughs, and strategizing together were for me, but here’s a start: Coaching sessions with Lauren were a gift I gave myself — and thanks to some professional development funds available to me through my employer!
As I’ve gotten to know Lauren through Mindful Return sessions and on alumni calls, I have always been struck by her direct, sensible approach to challenges faced by working parents and the profound change possible by shifting the framing of obstacles and asking insightful questions. Coaching sessions with Lauren allowed me to finally make time to prioritize myself in creating a nurturing space to examine elements of my parenting, work, and relationship with my husband — seeking to lower stress and anxiety and increase contentment and alignment.
Lauren’s holistic approach enabled me to bring my full self and multiple (sometimes competing) identities to the process. I felt completely validated and supported in a genuine way. Being able to email with questions and reflections in between our coaching sessions and even after was a huge benefit as well!”

“When I saw Lauren’s posts and videos on Instagram, I realized she had what I wanted: a calm, guilt-free, balanced life as a working mom. I hadn’t been able to achieve that by myself, so I decided to see if Lauren’s method would work for me. Spoiler alert: it did!
In my last weeks of maternity leave, I was dreading going back to work. I worried that my job and motherhood couldn’t coexist in my life without heartbreaking tradeoffs. Scared that when I returned to the office, I’d miss fleeting, precious moments with my babies. Or that I’d lose my edge at work and never regain the same level of contribution and reward. Or that I’d be so exhausted from trying to do it all that I’d become impatient, depleted, resentful…and ultimately ruin both worlds.
After working with Lauren, I’ve gone from depleted to empowered. At home, I’m able to play, cuddle, teach, and LOVE my children wholeheartedly. At work, I have a clear mind, creative ideas, and a surprising level of motivation (considering three months of sleep deprivation!). I’ve found space in my life for everything that is important to me. Even on the rough days, I can rely on solid techniques to bring me back to my best, wholehearted self.
I bring Lauren my hardest problems, usually feeling totally tangled and powerless. Many times, I’ve thought my problems were SO heavy she might not be able to fix them. And guess what? She hasn’t fixed them. She has taught me how to fix them, by applying curiosity instead of fear, and taking conscious control over how my thoughts and feelings shape my world. By the end of each session, I walk away with clarity and power that echoes into all areas of my life.
It can be hard to pinpoint the ROI on life coaching, because the outcomes are abstract: better quality of life, improved mood, stronger relationships. It’s hard to put a number on that. But trust me…when you go from feeling chronically stressed out and guilt ridden to being energetic, calm, and vibrant, you’ll know it was worth every penny.”

“People marvel at my ability to put my self care first and take a workout class during the day, and it all started by working with you, Lauren.”

It is completely possible to “have it all” as a working mom, on your own terms.
It’s time to re-write the narrative that we have to limit our career or our happiness simply because we made the decision to financially contribute to our family.
I’m here to teach you how.
