About Me
Hi, I’m Lauren.
I’m a fellow working mom, just like you.
I spent nearly two decades in a corporate job while growing my family, and now, as a full-time coach for working moms, I continue to work while raising my three young daughters.
For my first few years as a working mom, I struggled with feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and weighed down with guilt as a working mom.
There weren’t enough hours in the day. I struggled to keep up with life demands at work and at home.
There were days when the challenges of being a working mom in today’s world felt too heavy to carry. After working long days in my corporate job and bottling up my emotions, I would barely survive the dinner and bedtime routine before letting my sadness, exhaustion, and emotions pour out.

My Transformation
Something had to change.
I didn’t want to leave the workforce because I valued contributing financially and growing professionally, but I knew I couldn’t continue feeling this way and still be the mom I wanted to be. Despite being a certified coach since 2014, I decided in 2019 to pursue a second intensive coaching certification to tackle the stress and guilt I was experiencing.
When I gave birth to my third daughter in March 2020, right at the start of the pandemic, I applied what I had learned and, for the first time, felt calm and in control despite the chaos. Returning to my corporate job after maternity leave, I remained a stress-free, guilt-free working mom.
This transformation was so impactful that I knew I had to help other working moms achieve the same. My mission is to empower working moms to feel fulfilled and happy both at home and in their careers.

My Journey
From a stressed out working mom…
Prior to 2016
Before becoming a mom, I spent the first half of my corporate career advancing through client-facing and leadership roles in sales, business development, and relationship management. My high-achieving, career-driven personality served me well, and I earned my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) while working full-time, regularly volunteered in my local community, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
I loved working hard. (I still do.) I also loved the thought of starting a family with my husband and becoming a mom.
2016
We welcomed my oldest daughter, Cecilia, into the world, and my entire life and identify changed. The love I felt for my daughter far surpassed the love I had for my career, and although I wanted to have both a career and a family, I started to question if it was possible to have both.
My life up until this point had stressful moments and challenges, but nothing compared to the stress, overwhelm, and guilt that came along with being a working mom.
2018
We welcomed my second daughter, Alice, into the world, shortly after I was promoted to run Global Executive Recruiting at my company. Not only was I navigating life with two children, ages two and under, but I was also returning to a new role and a big promotion with global coverage that required executive relationship management, hands-on performance development, and early morning and evening availability.
I didn’t know how to set and uphold boundaries without ruining relationships. I felt imposter syndrome in this new, big job, even though I was more than qualified to be in the role. And, I struggled to prioritize and manage my time while being constantly pulled by competing priorities at home and at work.
…to a life and career coach for working moms.
2019
After months of struggling, I quickly realized that something meaningful had to change. I was performing well at work, but the way I felt day after day wasn’t healthy or sustainable. I didn’t want to step back or out of the workforce because I loved my career and financially contributing to my family.
Rather than changing my job, I made a commitment to myself and my family. I enrolled in a second year-long, intensive coaching certification program where I studied the connection between our thoughts and feelings, and I deepened my understanding of human emotions. Along the way, I applied what I was learning to myself and my life as a working mom.
2020
We welcomed my third daughter, Vivienne, into the world at the onset of the pandemic, just one week after I earned my second coaching certification. Despite all of the uncertainty in the world and the stress of a newborn at home, I felt calm, confident, and fully in control of my emotions and my actions. It would be an understatement to say that I was shocked by my own transformation.
For the first time in my entire journey as a working mom, I no longer felt stressed out, guilty, or overwhelmed — even while navigating a global pandemic and preparing to return to another new senior leadership position at my company.
2020-2023
While on my third maternity leave, I started my private coaching business, working exclusively with working moms. After returning to my corporate job in 2021, I continued to virtually coach my working mom clients around the globe. The thought of navigating working full-time in a corporate job, running a coaching business, and raising three young children used to seem impossible, but this time, it felt not only manageable, but also incredibly fulfilling.
As the demand for support from working moms grew, so did my business. In April 2023, exactly three years after I started my business, I made the decision to transition out of corporate and into full-time entrepreneurship so I could help as many working moms as possible.
2023-Present
Today, I run my global coaching practice, dedicated to helping working moms in all different seasons of life and at all different stages of their career. I also serve as a facilitator, trainer, speaker, and coach for several women-owned organizations that offer support and leadership development to employees of organizations across a wide-range of industries, including financial services, law, tech, and more.
